# Future Foundation

An independent non-profit foundation is planned for the future to support public protocols, open-source grants, ecosystem grants, security audits, and transparent governance.

## Current Boundary

1. The foundation has not been registered or established.
2. There is currently no formal foundation governance structure.
3. There is currently no foundation-controlled GAS reserve management mechanism.
4. Jurisdiction, board, multisig, conflict policy, and funding sources remain to be determined.
5. Foundation-related content must wait for legal and governance design before being published as formal rules.
