# Strategic Partners

Strategic cooperation is based on verifiable delivery rather than name endorsement or token-price objectives. Eligible work includes wallet and exchange integration, independent infrastructure, testnet markets and accounting, protocol/security research, and milestone-based public-goods support.

Each project must define its network, scope, owner, data and fund boundaries, deliverables, acceptance evidence, disclosure level, and exit mechanism. Because no foundation has been established, a partnership must not imply nonexistent foundation authority or guaranteed returns.
